Day of activity: First Tuesday and third Tuesday of the month

Time of activity: 2pm - 4pm

Brief description: On each of the two Tuesdays, there are gentle physical exercises then tea and biscuits. After the refreshment there are voice improvement exercises.

Carers are also welcome.
