Day of activity: First Monday and third Monday of the month

Time of activity: 10am – 12 noon

Brief description: First Monday – Coffee Morning, Third Monday – Activities Morning.

Our Activities Mornings include the opportunity for chiropody, Shiatsu Massage, Reiki, artwork and writing, card playing, New Age Kurling and a Carers Corner run by professionals either group or individually.

A quarterly newsletter is produced giving details of all our activities which also include Tai Chi, Hydrotherapy, Ten Pin Bowling, outings, parties and other events.

Exercise Classes provide gentle exercise for the whole body (from a seated position if necessary) and include voice work.
